Rowing Australia’s website to also feature a live web stream
Rowing Australia today announced the exciting news that not only will Fox Sports 4 be live broadcasting the 2015 King’s and Queens Cups Interstate Regatta this Sunday (29 March) but the Rowing Australia website will also host a live web stream of the event.
Fans of rowing will be able to watch racing live from the Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith from 11am, with the broadcast set to feature the finals of the Schoolgirls and Schoolboys Coxed Eights as well as the full King’s and Queen’s Cups Interstate Regatta.
Subscribers to Fox Sports will be able to watch the telecast on Fox Sports 4, presented by Tim Gavel, Sarah Cook and Elizabeth Kell, while those without a subscription will be able to view the broadcast via Rowing Australia’s website, www.rowingaustralia.com.au.
“We’re delighted that this year from the Sydney International Rowing Regatta, supporters of rowing who are unable to attend can watch Sunday’s events on Fox Sports but also on the Rowing Australia website.
“We hope this will encourage people from across the States and the globe to tune in and see the pinnacle event of SIRR 2015,” said Event Chairman John Boultbee.
The web stream will be live on Rowing Australia’s website via the banner link beneath the calendar on the homepage.
