King’s Cup Centenary Celebration Breakfast at Nationals

Celebrate 100 Years of the King’s Cup.

Reconnect with old crew mates and community members and be a part of history.

Rowing Australia is pleased to announce we will be hosting a commemorative function to celebrate the Centenary of the King’s Cup. The function will be a breakfast on the morning of Friday 29 March, 7:30am-9am in the RowUnion marquee at Nationals in Penrith.

The breakfast will launch both a two hour feature documentary and a quality commemorative book on the King’s Cup and its incredible history, with the book being available for purchase at the Championships.

Package holders will also get access to a historical exhibition that details the narrative of the King’s Cup as well as witness the Interstate Ceremony on the Sunday which will feature a full military presence amongst other festivities.

To celebrate this significant milestone in our sport, join us at SIRR from Friday morning as we kick off with the special commemorative breakfast, then enjoy the finals racing Friday and Saturday before the Interstate Regatta on Sunday!
