New South Welshman, Andrew Judge, was selected to represent Australia at the U23 World Rowing Championships, alongside Jack O'Brien, in 2018. The duo raced at both the 2018 World Rowing Cup 3 and also at the U23 event in the Men's Pair, finishing seventh overall in the latter event. The duo were then selected to represent Australia at the 2018 World Rowing Championships in the Men's Pair. Andrew is coached by Don McLachlan at Sydney University Boat Club and is currently studying a Bachelor of Economics in Sydney. While being a Sydney-sider for study and rowing, Andew was in fact born in Vancouver, Canada. Andrew first represented Australia at a Junior level in 2014, while in 2017 he was a member of the U23 Men's Coxed Four that finished in fifth place at the World Rowing U23 Championships that year. He counts Lago di Varese as his favourite place to row and likes to listen to Daft Punk's The Presets to get himself prepped for racing.
