Eleanor first started Rowing when she was 13 years of age under the guidance of Coach Matt Wilson.  During her teenage years, she also represented Ruyton Girl’s School and Victoria in Cross Country Running.    She currently competes for Sydney University Boat Club (SUBC) and in 2019 , she was part of the Australian Under 21 Women’s sweep squad.  In 2021, Eleanor was selected in the Under 23 Women’s Quadruple Scull but the crew was unable to compete at the World Under 23 Championships that year due to the COVID pandemic. For the 2022 international season, Eleanor was selected in the Australian Rowing Team (ART) Women’s Sweep Squad.   She raced in the Women’s Eight that won a Bronze and Gold medal at the 2022 World Cup 2 and 3 regattas respectively. At the 2022 World Championships held in Račice, Czech Republic, Price raced in the Women’s Eight that finished in fifth position.  Off the water, she is currently studying a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Sydney.  She is also a diehard Richmond Tigers supporter, and her role model is Australian Olympic Single Scull Gold medallist, Kim Brennan OAM – and replace it with the following:
