Harley Moore is from Queensland and is a graduate of Nudgee College.   He first started Rowing at sixteen years of age under the guidance of Coach Graham Kolb. In 2013, Moore teamed up with Alex King in Men’s Junior Pair and represented Australia at the World Junior Championships.  At the Under 23 level, Moore won a Gold Medal in the Men’s Coxless Four at the 2017 World Under 23 Championships.  In 2018., Moore made the switch to competitive Cycling.   In 2022, he returned to Rowing and at the 2022 World Cup III regatta held in Lucerne, Switzerland, Moore raced in the Men’s Coxless Pair with Olympic Gold Medallist – Alex Hill OAM. Despite their short time together, the duo raced well and won a Silver medal. Moore and Hill raced as the ART Men’s Coxless Pair at the 2022 World Championships held in Račice, Czech Republic.  They qualified for the A Final and finished in fifth position.
