More famously known to her teammates and friends as Jacque, Swick is originally from Perth, Western Australia and competes for the Swan River Rowing Club.  She first started Rowing at the age of 16 under the guidance of Coach David Milne. At the 2022 National Rowing Championships held in Nagambie Lakes, Victoria, Swick teamed up with Genevieve Hart to win the Under 23 Women’s Pair. For the 2022 international season, Jacque was selected in the Australian Rowing Team (ART) Women’s Sweep Squad.  She won a Bronze medal at the 2022 World Under 23 Championships competing in the Women’s Coxless Four. At the World Cup 3 regatta in Lucerne, Switzerland (July 2022), Jacque raced in the Women’s Eight that won a historical Gold Medal.
At the 2022 World Rowing Championships held in Račice, Czech Republic, Swick raced in the Four seat of the ART Women’s Eight that finished fifth in the A Final.  Off the water, Swick is undertaking a Commerce degree at the University of Western Australia.
