This year’s U21 quad sculls seems to be an U21 event in name only, with many athletes rowing up the age divisions to prove their mettle against their elders. With entries from all over the country, many of whom already met at the NSW Championships, it will be fascinating to see what has shifted since the “mini nationals”, and what the newcomers can bring to the water.
