Hannah Cowap - Coxswain

Hannah Cowap started rowing at age 12, initially coached by Dave Gely. Throughout her career, she has achieved notable results, including a silver medal at the 2018 Junior World Rowing Championships in the Women's Coxed Four and several titles at the Australian Rowing Championships in both U23 and U21 categories.
Currently, she trains in the coxswain seat of the PR3 Mixed Coxed Four under the coaching of James Loveday. Aside from rowing, Hannah works as a registered nurse and rowing coach. Her hobbies include painting and running. Lachlan Carter, her coach, serves as her primary role model.
