Giorgia Patten

Giorgia Patten is a member of the Hancock Prospecting Women's National Training Centre. She made her U23 Australian Rowing Team debut in 2018 when she raced in the U23 Women's Pair finishing fifth in the A-Final. In 2019, she switched to sculling, racing in the U23 Women's Double Sculls alongside Harriet Hudson, winning a silver medal in the process. Patten is currently finalising her degree in Physiotheraphy with Curtin University.
At 2022 World Cup II (June 2022), Giorgia raced in the Women’s Eight that won a Bronze Medal. The following month in July 2022 at the World Cup III Regatta held in Lucerne, Switzerland, Giorgia was part of Women’s Eight that won a historical Gold Medal.
At the 2022 At the 2022 World Championships held in Račice, Czech Republic, Patten raced in the Women’s Eight that finished in fifth position.
In 2023, Giorgia rowed in the women's four at both World Rowing Cups, finishing with bronze and silver medals respectively. In the World Rowing Championships that same year, Giorgia narrowly missed out on a medal, finishing fourth.
As of 2024, Giorgia has joined back up with the Australian women's eight team as she looks ahead to the Paris Olympics.
