Jen Luff

Jen Luff (MBA; GAICD) has worked in general management roles across the banking sector, both nationally and internationally, as well as the not-for-profit sector. She has experience in leading large teams to deliver customer-focussed services in the NDIS system. As COO of Ability First Australia Jen works to support raising the bar on best practice across all Ability First member organisations.

Jen has won 16 national titles, winning across every open category across sculling and sweep. She is a dual Olympian and competed for Australia at five World Championships in both sweep and sculling.
