Sally is an experienced Company Director and Chair, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.   She has brought multi-sector experience and a strategic perspective to government, private and not-for-profit boards spanning the health, education, sport and community services sectors, for many years.  Her board contribution is enhanced by 20 years in leadership roles spanning regional to international contexts - at the AICD, Government House in Canberra, emergency services, higher education and the private sector, with early career experience in health.
 
Sally is focused on adding value to organisations at board-level through good governance; whole-of-enterprise risk management; strengthening safety and crisis management; improving sustainability; and effective influencing of key stakeholders.  A trusted adviser to boards, company directors, CEOs and vice-regal representatives, Sally is presently a board director, Minerva mentor, Honorary Aide to the Governor of Victoria and event moderator.
 
In addition to qualifications in governance, business and management, Sally completed the High-Performance Leadership Program at Oxford University.
