Rowing Australia - Senior Coach PR3 Para Rowing Program

Following Australia’s most successful Para-rowing performance at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and continued podium success on the world stage, Rowing Australia is seeking a high-calibre Senior Coach to join the centrally based PR3 Para-Rowing Program.
Working closely with the Head of Para and Beach Sprint Rowing and the Para-Rowing Lead Coach, this role will help drive technical excellence, daily performance standards, and a high-performance culture as athletes prepare for future World Rowing Championships and the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games.
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of Australia’s most successful high-performance programs and play a meaningful role in sustained international success.
Position: Full-time (flexible arrangements considered)
Remuneration: Competitive package commensurate with experience
Who We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven coaching success at national and/or international level
- Ability to foster a high-performance culture aligned with Rowing Australia values and the AIS Win Well pledge
- Strong commitment to athlete wellbeing
- Experience working within multidisciplinary performance teams
- Collaborative approach to delivering podium-level outcomes
- Interest in Para-rowing and ongoing professional development
