Entries have opened for the 2026 World Rowing Coastal Championships which will take place from 11-13 of October 2026 in Qingdao, China.
The World Rowing Coastal Championships is the premier international event for coastal rowing, an endurance racing discipline steadily growing in popularity. With the 2026 edition of the event upcoming, we are excited to share entry and eligibility information with our clubs to give them the opportunity to compete on the international stage.
Eligibility
The World Rowing Coastal Championships are open only to club crews, who are nominated by their Member Federations. To compete in a World Rowing Coastal Championships regatta, a rower shall be a member of a club recognised by their Member Federation.
Entry Deadlines
Clubs wishing to enter and participate in the event can make entries via the World Rowing entries platform here. The entry deadline is Tuesday 22 September 2026 at 08:59 AEST.
