Annabelle McIntyre OAM and Jessica Morrison OAM

Annabelle McIntyre OAM and Jessica Morrison OAM shined at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, securing a bronze medal in the Women's Pair. This dynamic duo has consistently demonstrated their prowess, with a history of medal-winning performances.

McIntyre, an engineering student from Western Australia, first made waves with a silver at the 2017 World Rowing U23 Championships. She transitioned to the national team, earning bronze in the Women's Eight at the 2018 World Rowing Championships and gold in the Women's Coxless Four at Tokyo 2020.

Morrison’s journey began with a switch from swimming, guided by coach Lyall McCarthy. Balancing her athletic career with a professional role at EY-Parthenon, she partnered with McIntyre in 2019, securing medals at World Cups and the 2019 World Championships. Their gold in the Women’s Coxless Four at Tokyo set a new Olympic record.

In 2023, they dominated the World Cup circuit, winning gold in Varese and Lucerne, and secured silver at the World Championships in Belgrade. Their bronze in Paris underscores their enduring excellence and commitment to the sport.
